LocknLock Passed the Egg Test

The true test for me is to cook scrambled eggs in my new LocknLock ceramic pan to see if it would be a horrid stuck on mess. I was really happy how the eggs, the hardest dried on food to clean, simply wipes off with a paper towel or slides off with a scrap of a spatula. See, it barely leaves any clean-up! Scrambled eggs cook up really nice and evenly and passed the kid taste test!

They are even more happy because they don’t get eggs often enough, in their opinion, and now I have an incentive to whip them up since I won’t have a disaster to clean anymore.
